The role:
As an Account Manager at Comprend we believe that you have a natural talent with clients and can create strong long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders building trust and sustainable growth. Being responsible for your own client portfolio, you drive your own commercial success and development through proactive sales activities. We’re in a need-based business, hence you will succeed when applying your skills to analyze client needs and create tailor-made offerings.
You take an active part in the client team together with your colleagues, with account management, strategic advisory, delivery, and you ensure that we have customer centric focus and always challenge the client's status quo.
Creating a roadmap for the client's journey and a compelling story to explain it is something you have done several times.

Some of the experiences we value for the role:
- Passion, extensive and proven experience of great leadership and collaboration with team members and client stakeholders.
- Experience from establishing and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to identify opportunities within sales and business development together with your team- you understand the importance of always being one step ahead.
- You are self-propelled, confident and driven to build effortless long-term relationships and strong teams.
- Experience from the industry working with marketing, brand communication and digital experiences.
- You have probably worked +7 years in an agency.
- Financial understanding and reporting.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
